Dahlia brings more than a decade of experience in workers’ compensation to her role as a paralegal, combining a strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of the medical and litigation aspects of claims.
Dahlia earned an associate’s degree in computer information technology in Watertown, New York. After returning to Pennsylvania, Dahlia joined Comprehensive Diagnostic Center, a medical scheduling company specializing in independent medical examinations and permanency evaluations for workers’ compensation and automobile liability matters. In that role, she gained valuable insight into the medical components of workers’ compensation claims, developing a strong understanding of medical records, evaluations, and provider coordination. She also played a key role in streamlining internal procedures and contributing to the development of work management software—experience that later proved instrumental in her transition to the legal field.
She later started her career as a legal assistant for a workers compensation defense firm. Over the next several years, Dahlia developed a comprehensive understanding of workers’ compensation defense from a litigation support perspective, assisting with all aspects of case workflow, medical coordination, and case management. After nearly six years with the firm, she advanced into a paralegal role.
Today, Dahlia leverages more than 10 years of combined experience, along with her technical skill set and medical knowledge, to support attorneys in the efficient and proactive handling of workers’ compensation matters. She is known for her focus on organization, accuracy, and efficiency, all of which contribute to timely, cost-effective outcomes for clients.
Outside of the office, Dahlia enjoys caring for her ever-growing collection of houseplants, spending time with her pets, exploring video games, and unwinding with music or a good show.
