Daniel Martin is an associate at the firm, where he focuses his practice on the defense of employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He brings a strong analytical approach and thoughtful advocacy to each case, supporting clients through all stages of the litigation process.
Daniel earned his Bachelor of Arts in History, with a minor in Philosophy, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2018, graduating summa cum laude. He received his Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2022, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, Daniel served as a Pennsylvania Law & Symposium Editor for the Widener Commonwealth Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
Following law school, Daniel served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Denise M. Bowman of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. That experience provided him with valuable insight into judicial decision-making and courtroom procedure before he transitioned into the practice of workers’ compensation defense. He now handles a wide range of workers’ compensation matters on behalf of employers and insurers.
Outside of his practice, Daniel enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending time with his wife and their dog, Max.
