Jessica L. Bryant

Jessica Bryant is a founding partner of Porter Gidaro & Bryant LLC. With more than eight years of experience in workers’ compensation defense, she represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in complex matters throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

As a founding partner, Jessica plays an active role in the strategic leadership and growth of the firm. In addition to her litigation practice, she is involved in shaping defense strategies, mentoring attorneys, and maintaining strong client relationships. Her practice is rooted in a proactive, results-driven approach focused on aggressive defense, cost containment, and mitigating long-term exposure for her clients.

Prior to entering private practice, and following her graduation from law school in 2014, Jessica served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. As a member of the Special Victims Unit, she prosecuted cases involving sexual offenses, crimes against children, and domestic violence. This experience provided her with substantial courtroom exposure and honed her skills in litigation strategy, witness examination, and evidentiary analysis—skills she brings to every aspect of her workers’ compensation defense practice.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Ursinus College in 2011. She received her Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she competed as a member of the National Trial Team.

Outside of her practice, she is a mom of 3, an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys spending her summers with family and friends at the Jersey Shore.
